Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Pray First, Scroll After helps you start your day with God before the distractions. We take privacy seriously: the app is on-device by default and has no account or sign-in.
What we do NOT collect
- No registration, name, email, or password.
- No backend of ours collecting your data.
- The list of apps you choose to shield never leaves your device. We use Apple’s Family Controls framework: your selection is stored locally as an opaque token, so neither we nor third parties see which apps you use.
- We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
What is processed, and why
- Scripture content (Midvash): to show the verse of the day, a psalm, and a proverb, the app fetches text from the Midvash API (
api.midvash.com). We send only the reference and language (e.g., version, book, chapter). No personal data. - Subscriptions (Apple + RevenueCat): purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state; it receives an anonymous app user ID, transaction/receipt data, and basic device info, per the RevenueCat privacy policy. We never receive your card details.
- On-device app data: your streak, prayer days, and preferences stay on your device.
Children
Rated 4+. The app does not target children or knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Since we keep no accounts or personal databases, there is no profile of yours to access or delete on our side. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings › your account › Subscriptions. Questions: contact@midvash.com.
